FoodEx balanced nutrition delivery service, aims to help promote general health and well-being, at the same time does not aim to cure any diseases. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns about your health. FoodEx recommendations in the form of general rules, designed menus specific recommendations of a nutritionist should be followed as indicated for maximum results. The weight loss program is designed at a moderate safe rate of weight loss. If you lose weight faster through purposeful malnutrition or by tightening any of the rules, it may lead to sudden weight loss and therefore various health complications.

During weight loss, there are possible deviations from the stated rate of weight loss due to a large number of factors that can influence this process besides nutrition. For example, insufficient sleep, stressful situations, colds, too intense physical activity, hormonal imbalance, etc.

Organizational matters

Orders are accepted daily until 11:00. In this case the ration delivery will be carried out the next day.

Deliveries are made at the time agreed with the client manager within 1:00 hour. The range of deliveries is from 6:00 to 10:00. Delivery in Kiev is included in the cost of the meal program. “Exact delivery” is made at the time previously agreed with the client-manager within 15 minutes and is paid additionally. Delivery outside Kiev is calculated individually depending on the distance to the client’s address. It is paid additionally. If you need to postpone/postpone the delivery date, we can postpone it to a date convenient for you, only if you agree this issue with the manager for receiving orders no later than 11:00 the previous day of the scheduled delivery date of the nutrition program. If you communicate after 11:00 a.m. of the previous day of the scheduled nutrition program delivery date, we will not be able to reschedule or cancel the delivery day. You may change your delivery time or address no later than 6:00 p.m. of the previous delivery day. Payment for meals is payable on the day of the first delivery to the current account or on the day of delivery to the courier when rationing the full amount for the order. In case of non-payment for the service, FoodEx has the right to discontinue deliveries until full payment is made.

If you pay for the nutrition program to the current account – it is necessary to send the manager a confirmation of payment to the e-mail info@foodexhub.com.ua (screen/copy/photo of the receipt, statement of account).

Thermal bags, in which food is delivered, and cold accumulators are the property of FoodEx, and must be returned the next day to the service courier or on another day upon agreement with the client-manager. In case of loss or damage of the bag, the client must reimburse the cost of the bag in the amount of 350 UAH to the company’s account. Each case can be considered individually. Only you have started the course, we have no possibility to refund you the cost of the program. Each case will be considered individually.

FoodEx guarantees that the food rations are prepared from quality products and in accordance with the norms and standards of the HACCP system and the organization of the Food Safety Management System working group. The client is responsible for proper storage of the rations after receiving the thermo-bag from the courier, namely transfer to the refrigerator. Reheating is permitted in trays provided the lid is removed. The thermos bag is used for safe delivery of rations only, not for storage during the day. Storage of food during the day in the thermo-bag can be at the discretion of the client and in this case it is the client’s responsibility to keep the rations fresh.
