Delivery of the daily ration is carried out once a day every morning from 6 to 10:00 am in the hour range (for example, from 7:30 to 8:30). Accurate delivery is paid separately in the amount of 100 UAH.
If you are unable to receive your delivery, we offer you 4 options:
1) we can leave the ration with the concierge or the guard of your house by prior agreement with the guard and the concierge,
2) we can deliver the ration to you at a different address,
3) we can deliver the ration to your loved people, relatives or friend,
4) we can leave your food in the refrigerator and bring it to you tomorrow.
If it is not possible to reschedule delivery and none of the items above are suitable, then your diet will be deducted from your balance.

Delivery of rations and smart lunches is carried out in a thermobag with refrigerants to preserve the freshness of food or in a paper bag — at the customer's choice. Menus and disposable cutlery are in the outer pocket of the thermobag or in the package with the diet, if the package is selected.
The diet consists of 3 (smart lunch), 4 (program without sweets and keto) and 5 meals (balanced diet programs, weight loss programs, programs for pregnant and lactating women, vegan and vegetarian menu, dietary programs №5 and №9).
The order can be placed for any period, starting from 1 day. When ordering any program for the first time, we recommend using the promotional offer for 3 trial days.
Delivery is available in Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih, Lviv, Mykolayiv.
The cost of delivery of FoodEx rations in Kyiv is free. In the Kyiv region — it is specified individually with the client-manager and depends on the address.
The cost of delivery of smart lunches in Kyiv is 50 UAH.
The order can be paid on the website using the payment system, by transferring to the card according to the details provided to you by the client manager, as well as in cash to the courier on the day of your delivery.
You can pay for your order to the courier only in cash. If you want to pay by card, then client-managers will provide you with the details.
An online order can be paid by the payment system on the website or by transferring to a card using the details.
As soon as you started the course (took the diet from the courier), we have no way of refunding the cost of the program. Each case will be considered on an individual basis.
