Flax and chia seeds
It is better to include them in drinks (smoothies or cocktails) and fresh salads. Fatty acids will be absorbed worse if you consume these products with kefir or yogurt. However, the cleansing effect is enhanced. We recommend grinding flax seeds into powder before use.
Products from the apiary
Pollen and honey are best absorbed on an empty stomach or after a long period of time between meals. Just drink clean water.
Nuts.
Nuts are most beneficial when sprouted, soaked or chopped. They are well absorbed in “plant milk” and vegetable salads. Juicy, watery and sour fruits (citrus fruits, kiwi, pineapple) should be avoided. And all starchy fruits (banana), berries and dried fruits will be appropriate.
Spirulina
A therapeutic dose of 4 g of spirulina or a preventive dose of 2 g per day is best added to fruit smoothies rich in vitamin C.
Goji berries
They are traditionally consumed as part of tea. Do not add sugar or other sweeteners.
