    The main food is vegetables, fruits and dairy products with a low percentage of fat. A novelty was teaching the techniques of cooking traditional dishes for proper nutrition. Frying food was completely replaced by baking and boiling. By the way, if you adhere to such cooking technologies, the maximum amount of nutrients is retained in the products.

    You’ve decided to lose some weight. The first mistake would be to follow a weight loss diet, and there are many of them: lactose-free, low-carb, vegan, and gluten-free. But you need to lose weight without diets. Ask yourself the main question: will there be a long-term result from diets? Unfortunately, these are restrictions and pressure, and they create an internal protest and serious dissatisfaction with yourself. The body is saturated with the necessary foods, and then it has an apple and a glass of water as food. With diets, you will quickly lose some pounds, but it is stressful. You’ll reach your goal in a short time, but it wreaks havoc on an already imperfect diet.

    Gluten-free diet is now popular, but needed by people who suffer from celiac disease (damage to the villi of the small intestine), gluten – protein, found in wheat, rye and barley. Replace ordinary pasta with those made from durum wheat, sacrifice fast food and white bread. Give up diets for weight loss, not health. A few grams of dark chocolate, proper nutrition, self-care, positive emotions and training are the correct state of the body.

    For a proper diet, you should give up many products. But these products will not bring any benefit other than taste.     Proper nutrition is a balance in meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 snacks, you need to eat often, but little by little. Perfect every 2 hours.     Will I eat the same meals?

    What exactly do your rations look like and what do I get in return?

    Every day you will receive a ration in a thermal bag or a bag (of your choice). Along with the food for the day, you will receive a menu insert with the name of the dishes, the list of products used, the amount of BJV for each dish separately and the total for the day; disposable cutlery, salt and napkins.

    Is it possible to reheat meals in the containers that come with the meals?

    Our food containers can be reheated in the microwave after removing the top transparent film or in the oven at temperatures up to 90 degrees or placed in suitable dishes as desired.

    Is it possible to "freeze" your nutrition program?

    Yes, you can suspend the delivery of meals and resume it at any time convenient for you. We understand how dynamic and unpredictable modern life is, so we will be happy to meet your needs and optimize the delivery schedule. But keep in mind that to cancel the delivery for tomorrow, you should notify the manager of your decision before 11 am of the current day.

    What cities do you operate in?

    Delivery is available for free in Kyiv and Lviv, as well as in some suburbs of Kyiv and Lviv. We advise you to check with your customer care manager what the cost of delivery to your address in the suburbs will be (the manager will provide the exact names).

    What should I do if I can't pick up my order?

    We have until 11:00 of the current day to cancel the delivery for tomorrow. Or contact our customer care manager and he will help you find the best solution.

    What is the delivery time?

    Delivery is carried out in the morning from 6:00 to 10:00 in the range of 1 hour (for example, from 7:30 to 8:30). If you need to deliver a meal within a more precise 15-minute time frame, you can use the "precise delivery" option. The cost of the precise delivery service is 100 UAH.

    To order a ration for the next day, you need to place an order with our manager or on our website before 11.00 a.m. the previous day. Orders placed after 11.00 can be delivered the next day.

    How often do you deliver meals?

    Delivery of the daily ration is carried out once a day every morning from 6 to 10:00 am in a time range (for example, from 7:30 to 8:30 am). Delivery at the exact time (within 15 minutes) is paid separately in the amount of 100 UAH.

    How much does delivery cost?

    Delivery of FOODEX rations in Kyiv and Lviv is free of charge. The cost of delivery in the suburbs of Kyiv and Lviv is specified individually by the client manager and depends on the address.The cost of delivery of Smart-lunch in Kyiv and Lviv is 60 UAH, when delivering 3 or more meals to one address, delivery is free.

    How can I pay for my order?

    There are several options for paying for the order: 1. when placing an order on the website using the payment system; 2. using the details provided to you by the client manager or in the order confirmation letter; 3. in cash to the courier upon receipt of the first delivery.

    Can I pay by cash/card upon receipt?

    Upon receipt of delivery, you can pay the courier only in cash. If you want to pay by card, the client managers will provide you with the details.

    Is it possible to pay online?

    Online orders can be paid for through the payment system on the website or by bank details.

    Under what conditions is a refund possible?

    You have the opportunity to get a refund for unused meal days. Each request is considered individually.
