To keep up with your water regimen, take 5 tricks from FoodEx:
Keep water in sight – designate a place for a water bottle on your desk, in your car, or in your bag;
Use silicone bracelets to remind you of a glass of water. Choose a bright blue bracelet and wear it for a few days until you get used to the active water regimen;
Add flavor – watermelon slices, mint or basil leaves, lime or orange juice, fresh currants or raspberries, celery stalk or ginger… Put this “mix” in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours;
Chill – in the evening, fill a bottle halfway and put it in the freezer. When you leave the house, just add water to the ice. However, keep in mind that ice drinks stimulate the sweat glands;
Keep the balance – add a few sea salt crystals to plain water or consume mineral water in moderation to maintain water and electrolyte balance.
