When choosing a kindergarten, among others & ldquo; Pros and cons & rdquo;, much attention is paid to the question: what will the child eat? You are set to give the best, so monotonous food in the format & ldquo; & rdquo; – not your option! Especially if the child is accustomed to proper nutrition at home or has medical indications (allergy, gluten intolerance, enzyme deficiency, etc.).
Delivery of healthy nutrition for kindergartens from FoodEx – how does it work?
- Natalia Fedorenko, our nutritionist with medical education, has developed a balanced children’s menu, taking into account the needs of a growing organism (caloric content 1400-1600 kcal).
- Natalia Voznenko, our experienced chef, tries to please small gourmets – adapts recipes, while preserving the useful properties of products. Instead of boiled broccoli – vegetable muffins, instead of oatmeal – granola, instead of rolls with butter – useful oatmeal cookies.
- We use only seasonal fruits and vegetables (no greenhouse cucumbers and canned zucchini), frozen berries and natural honey from our farmers and trusted suppliers.
- We cook meat dishes from chicken, turkey, veal or rabbit without roasting (bake, boil, steam).
- We & ldquo; do not get carried away & rdquo; sweets and simple carbohydrates – we prefer fruit or sour-milk desserts with honey.
- We are sympathetic to individual characteristics and have developed a children’s gluten-free menu.
- We provide the opportunity to check our technical conditions and visit our professional kitchen (by prior agreement).

Natalia Fedorenko, nutritionist of the FoodEx delivery service for healthy diets:
“I took the task – to develop a menu for kindergarten with great enthusiasm! As a doctor, I am negative about outdated state standards. How can sausages, packaged juices, sticky noodles or semolina be allowed in the children’s menu in the modern world?!
Children should eat delicious! At the same time, it is important to instill healthy eating habits and ensure a balanced diet.
