– Avoid semi-finished products and products that have undergone prolonged heat or chemical processing.
– Eat more natural simple foods and fiber in the form of bran, fresh herbs, cereals (barley, unpeeled rice).
– Plan your diet – 3 main meals and 2 snacks in the form of berries or fruits, dairy products, vegetable salads.
– Don’t eat “for company,” “while watching a movie,” or “in passing” – keep a picture in your head of “sea-beach-photo in a swimsuit.”
– Give up alcohol. Cool cocktails, beer, wine for dinner – absolutely all alcoholic beverages provoke appetite and reduce control! And now, sweets, cheese, high-calorie snacks are already in use ….
– Arrange fasting days on proteins and vegetables once a week. This will help speed up your metabolism.
