Starting the morning of February 14 with an easy and incredibly tasty dessert for coffee is a pleasant scenario. The FoodEx chef knows a thing or two about sweet temptations. Take note, three simple recipes for diet sweets without flour and sugar.
Banana pancakes with superfood
We will need:
2ripe bananas;
1chicken egg;
poppy seeds.

– mash bananas in a blender;
– add beaten chicken egg and poppy seeds;
– bake in a preheated pan without oil;
– heart-shaped molds will be appropriate.
Pear with young ricotta cheese
We will need:
2Conference pears
10 g of honey;
10 g of nuts;
40 g of ricotta cheese;
50 g of berries and a little honey for the sauce.

– wash, peel and cut the pears into halves;
– grind the nuts in a blender with honey;
– rub the pear halves with the nut mixture and put them in the oven to bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees;
– cool the cooked pears;
– boil the frozen berries with honey and rub through a sieve;
– put a pear on a plate, a ball of cottage cheese on the pear, and garnish with berry sauce.
Apple crumble on a yogurt pillow with strawberries
You will need:
50 g of nut mix (by the way, all nuts are considered aphrodisiacs);
450 g of apples;
600 g of natural yogurt;
250 g of oatmeal;
10 g of honey;
50 g of raisins;
a pinch of cinnamon;
frozen strawberries and mint to garnish the dish.
– preheat the oven to 170 degrees;
– wash, peel, grate and sprinkle apples with cinnamon;
– mix oatmeal with honey, raisins and nuts;
– put a layer of apples (2 cm) in the mold and a layer of oatmeal on top;
– bake for 15-20 minutes at 170 degrees;
– cool the crumble;
– put a layer of yogurt in a cocktail glass or a bowl, top with the crumble and garnish with strawberries and a mint leaf.
